Didimo may engage and use the services of third party data processors (“Sub-Processors”) so that Didimo is able to provide the API Services and software to its Customers. Some of Didimo’s Sub-Processors have access to Initial Image, Animation File, details or other information (including personal data) related to Customer and Users. This Sub-Processors List sets out information about the identity, location and role of each Sub-Processor that Didimo has appointed.
Didimo requires all Sub-Processors to be bound by written agreements that require them to provide materially at least the same level of data protection as Didimo provides under the data processing schedule to the Agreement, when these Sub-Processors are carrying out data processing activities on Didimo’s behalf.
Prior to engaging the Sub-Processors that Didimo utilises, Didimo also periodically reviews its Sub-Processors’ privacy, security and confidentiality practices.
Didimo currently uses Sub-Processors to provide services such as Cloud Service provision, infrastructure and storage solutions, email and other electronic messaging delivery solutions, and payment processing services. The Sub-Processors that are currently utilised by Didimo are set out in the table below. Didimo may update this Sub-Processor List periodically, by adding and/or removing Sub-Processors. Any changes will be published on this page, so review regularly.
